Coyle Highlands is a subdivision combining land on both the north and south of Cottage Grove Rd. (Cty. Hwy BB) in the Village of Cottage Grove, only a couple of miles from Madison’s east side. It is the first subdivision approaching the Village from Madison on Cottage Grove Rd. The residential portion of the subdivision has been sold out, leaving only three lots to be sold by the developer.
The remaining lots are two commercial lots (“Planned Business”) on the north side of Cottage Grove Rd. and one lot zoned “Neighborhood Office” (“N.O.”) south of Cottage Grove Rd. The commercial lots are Lots 2 and 3 of a small retail center anchored by an open CVS store. The N.O. lot is lot 48 of the Coyle Highlands South Addition plat.
Cottage Grove is a growing Village very close to Madison and with quick access to I-90 going east or west. It is a part of the highly acclaimed Monona Grove School district. The subdivision itself is very close to the Drumlin Trails Middle School and directly across from many newer retail outlets including the CVS Pharmacy, U.S. Post Office, Piggly Wiggly grocery, banks and more.
NEW! A pending rezone will allow duplex and multi-family on these lots. A new TIF provision will permit Village assistance to these lots.
